See this list of 2020 Birds in Art artists’ names whose artwork will comprise the 2020 Birds in Art exhibition this fall; congratulations to all! The first day to view Birds in Art 2020 will be Saturday, September 12, as scheduled.

Student Art Exhibition 2020 on View through March 29

The 43rd Student Art Exhibition, featuring artwork of north central Wisconsin students in grades 9-12, opens at Noon on Saturday, February 22, and remains on view through March 29. The 2020 exhibition comprises the work of eighty-three students from seventeen schools and entered by twenty-two teachers.

Art Beyond Sight, February 29, 2020

On Saturday, February 29, 2020, 10:30 am-Noon, individuals with low vision and blindness join Museum educators for a multisensory visit to the galleries followed by hands-on art making inspired by origami artwork on view. Call the Museum at 715-845-7010 to register.

See Snow Sculpture Soon

This weekend, Jan. 18-19, origami artist Jiangmei Wu and snow sculptors work wonders with paper and snow. During Jiangmei’s presentation, Sat., Jan. 18, 1-2 pm, learn about her origami-inspired pendant lights, public art installations, and architectural structures.
