Photo file-naming and file-uploading requirements:

1. Low-resolution images must be 72 dpi, in .jpg format
2. High-resolution images must be 300 dpi, in .jpg format
3. File naming requirements
   • File name contains NO spaces, special characters, or periods (other than the .jpg filename extension)
   • Use your last name, followed by your first name, followed by hires or lores like this:
     smithjohnhires
     smithjohnlores
   • If you’re submitting more than one photo, number each photo and name each file like this:
     smithjohn1hires
     smithjohn1lores
     smithjohn2hires
     smithjohn2lores
     smithjohn3hires
     smithjohn3lores
   • Once you save the photo as a .jpg, the “.jpg” extension will appear in the complete file name as follows: smithjohn1lores.jpg
