Double Exposure: Community Portraits

June 7 – August 24, 2025

Experience all aspects of the photographic process in this immersive exhibition of artwork created by Hmong American artist Pao Houa Her. A 2023 Guggenheim Fellow, Her’s portraits capture diverse expressions of community, identity, and diaspora. Enjoy opportunities to interact with portrait photography during this exhibition, which will evolve and transform in the gallery over the course of two months.

Double Exposure: Community Portraits will be complemented by a summer residency with Minnesota-based artist Pao Houa Her.
