Teacher Resource Guide

This guide provides relevant information for an entire academic year. All pre-visit education material, maps, chaperone notes, and other important visit materials also are available online.

The Teacher Resource Guide is divided into two readable/downloadable PDF sections:

  • Experiences Brochure – introduces the Woodson Art Museum School Program and provides descriptions of specialized Experiences for different grade levels including:
    • Exhibitions on view during the 2010-11 academic year
    • Artist-in-Residence Program
    • Making Friends through Art
    • After School Programs
    • Museum Experience Extras
    • How to Schedule a Visit
    • Schedule Experience Form
  • Online Experience Schedule Form – Provides specific directions for scheduling visits.
  • Experience Evaluation – Captures feedback on Woodson Art Museum visits.

You need Acrobat Reader to access the PDFs. If Acrobat is not already on your computer, it is easily downloadable at no charge.

Once Acrobat Reader is loaded onto your computer, click on the PDF you'd like to view. You may save the PDFs to your desktop or print a copy for future reference.

If this format doesn't work for you and you would prefer a black-and-white paper copy of the material, please call the Museum at 715-845-7010 or email enarloch@lywam.org.

I look forward to welcoming you and your students to the Woodson Art Museum during the academic year!
